- Expensive - the price of the charge becomes too expensive to be charging at these for a road trip scenario.
- Unhelpful customer service - the representative doesn't even helpful and can't even answer my question when I ask them how to stop the charging session on the app when I accidentally tap it.
- Inability to initiate charge - an earlier problem experienced by the user.
- Slow cellular connection - slows down the process.
- Lack of features - it would be nice to go directly to charger instead of drilling down through menus, favorite a station, get charging level from app.

While the @ symbol is one of the supported special symbols, the app login will fail if the password ends with @. The same password works on the web site.
I have an account with EVgo. I can log in on my computer at EVgo's Web site. I downloaded EVgo on my Moto Android 11 phone. I use the same email address and password as on my computer and I get the message: Oops! Invalid email or password. Please double check and try again. I downloaded EVgo on my wife's Samsung Android 11 phone and get the same error message. How can I solve this problem?
