I can't access my camera roll in the app to post images or change my avatar as when I do the app immediately crashes. I was able to open before but one day it just stopped working.

Webnovel regularly loses my place in books I am reading. This is the second novel I have lost my place in. This novel is 500 chapters long, so I have to endlessly scroll 500 chapters to go to where I was!

Whenever I try to log in to webnovel via facebook it says "app not setup: this app is still in development mode, and you dont have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions." Which is confusing because this is just a sign in method that I have been using for years! I dont know if anything is going on right now but I have work to be done and this is interfering with it.

The Webnovel app won't connect to the internet, and I can't use the website. I have restrictions on my line that can't be removed unless I cancel it, and get a new one. Which I can't, because I'm on a very old plan, that they don't offer anymore. When I try to get on the website, it says I can't because of, "Illegal Downloads". But the app won't work because, "Sorry, network error.(-20052)" pops up. And I tried the solution on here, but it doesn't work. Can someone tell me what to do to fix it? 'Cause this is driving me nuts.

My app and the website on PC aren't working. I tried updating it and refreshing/restarting it. I checked my Wi-Fi; it still isn't working. I can't search for novels, redeem fast passes, or check in, etc. I also was in the middle of a free 12-hour pass for Archaic Consort. So, do I just wait? what about my 12-hour pass? anyone else experiencing issues today 4/21/2022?
