Close and restart the HANDYPARKEN app on iPhone
Update HANDYPARKEN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HANDYPARKEN iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HANDYPARKEN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HANDYPARKEN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix HANDYPARKEN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HANDYPARKEN App
1. On android, goto Settings » HANDYPARKEN » click [Force Stop]

Update HANDYPARKEN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HANDYPARKEN App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HANDYPARKEN » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HANDYPARKEN.

Fix HANDYPARKEN unable to contact server/ HANDYPARKEN internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HANDYPARKEN » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HANDYPARKEN » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
