Don't download! unless you feel like wasting your time ... at first glimpse at ZOOD it seems great full of products from china with low prices but when you actually start ordering things get messy, one order was removed from my order list by itself . boom disappears and when i contacted the company they said that it went out of stock, no problem there happens with the best , but today i get a call for them saying that my 2nd item also got cancelled due to the seller being late on delivery and as simple as that after waiting about 21 days my order gets cancelled for no reasonable explanation . Good thing i didn't pay directly otherwise im pretty sure they won't be refunding me . i picked to pay on the door once the oder was delivered. too bad i really had high hopes for ZOOD :(

After waiting for two t-shirts to arrive, i found out that both are not as advertised on ZOOD , they are not even close and very poor quality compared to their price.
ZOOD team now will try to tell me that i can return the tshirts, but i actually had enough wasting money n time.
Anyway, im only waitin for my next two orders to arrive n then i will delete ZOOD.

Customer service are bad at working with clients, multiple times I ordered and it got canceled without an explanation, or I ask them to send me a message or to call me before delivering the item but they keep on ignoring my request even if they’re responding with something to make me shut up, only getting 2 stars cuz it’s one of the only apps with cash on delivery

Actually you said that we can buy all the items we need without a credit card and when we receive the item, but actually ZOOD allows us only to pay for items that cost above 6 dollars, and cheap items that cost less we have to have a credit or debit card to pay for them, which I don’t have. I was really excited for ZOOD it was like a solution to my problem which that I don’t have credit card, but now I am disappointed since I really liked some items but they are less than 6 dollars so I can’t buy them😢😠

I really love ZOOD and a great variety of items. But there’s a problem i downloaded ZOOD and used it once and after an hour i was trying to open ZOOD and it crashed i couldn’t log in it and it was very dissatisfying if you could solve this problem.
And i wasn’t the only one many of my friends have the same problem.

I was amazed to how cheap and well durable the products are the only down side is that some orders take a lot of time to get shipped but overall I am very satisfied.

I’ve been using Zoodmall since the start in leb and it was average , very lousy customer service , they have two scripts to deliver If you challenge them a bit they were lost and 99% of the time they have no answer to any complaint . Then 17 October happened and all zoodmall orders were either lost or cancelled , for a year I couldn’t put an order , orders were accepted but then cancelled without any reason , when u call the customer service they have no answer to any question .... to be fair , I noticed a great improvement this year , customer service is much better now and the orders are coming . Late sometimes . However expect some orders not to be delivered to you . The status is delivered to destination country but never delivered to your doorstep . I think it’s more of Lebanese customs . 2rata shaghaleh . Gheir hek kelo tamem .

Zoodmall app is easy to use and has large sort of products to offer on deferred terms

They have everything you ask for costumer service verry responsive and pro

Just so far this is the first app i found that accepts cash on delivery which is many people’s problem in our region

It’s prices are even cheaper than most Lebanese retail websites. For instance, check the perfume section. Keep on the good work.
