- Support for the product is lacking.

- It’s literally impossible to sign up for an account for this app.

- App has both functional and security issues.

I keep getting an error code 99. I have tried to Uninstall and install it again. Same error code. It will work fine and then it's horrible.

Can't even open the app on my android. Never had a problem in the past. Been trying to use for 3 weeks and nothing. Tried Uninstalling and reinstalling, still won't open. Glad my child can still use on her end but sucks we can't communicate when she is away now.
