2 years agoJust look at the problems everyone else is having. Can’t get past your code. Terrible frustrating site that obviously you choose not to repair. Then on a site that wants 2 dollars for the answer. Your kidding me. Not a lot of trust in something you have developed for kids.

3 years agoHi, I have cancelled my learning lodge account, then reset it up. Which worked. Then re-downloaded KidiConnect and every time I try to set it up I get the error code 99. Please help, both kids and husband can connect but I cannot.

3 years agoKidiconnect app hasn't worked in over a week. I have 3 of these devices and 3 very upset children. Why I the app always saying server issue? If it can't be fixed in a matter of 2 to 3 days the people working on it need some help. This is a disappoint beyond measure for me.

3 years agoWe purchased a Vtech phone for granddaughter. She has. Been unable to text for 3 days now...the site server down for maintenance . 3 days seems like along time for maintenance. PlEase advise. Customer reviews say this us ongoing problem. If so, we will return product.

3 years agoAs soon as I really need it I am unable to log on because it is under maintenance. It has been under maintenance ever since my little girl.left the house to stay with her father yesterday. She wanted to take it to stay in contact and hasn't been able to. Hope this isn't a constant issue and that it is back up and running properly today for new years eve!

3 years agoGreat idea, really poor application plagued by errors. Currently using Software Version 1.16.3207 and still continue to be prompted for Parental Consent of VTech Privacy Policy after receiving confirmation. Unable to use this app without any technical support. Not worth the headaches

App is unusable, returning Vtech Kidibuzz to store
It’s literally impossible to sign up for an account for this app. Making the “messaging” feature of the Kidibuzz phone useless. After struggling forever to try and setup an account password (yes I met all their guidelines of lowercase, capital, and numbers. I finally got it to go through, just to tell me it could not let me log in and I’d have to reset my password. Tried using their “reset password” link and it never sent me an email to reset the password. It’s impossible for me to setup, and I was hoping I could get the grand parents on. If I can’t do it, they certainly won’t be able to. Luckily, I’m trying all this before actually giving the new unopened device to my daughter. So I’ll save her the heartache and return it to the store without her even seeing it. Save her the disappointment and me the headache. Vtech, get on the ball, read the comments and fix your issues.

Functional and Security Flaws - Beware of your child’s safety
This app has both functional and security issues. In attempting to login to the app, the app status wheel just spins and then after several minutes fails. This happened on multiple iPhones of different generations. Strangely, even though the app failed to log me in, whenever my child sent a message from the vtech kids phone to ‘parent’ I received iOS notifications that a message from the named child had been received. Yet, when clicking on the banner notification it takes me to the login, which of course, continues to fail. We submitted a ticket to support, and their response was “we do not have troubleshooting for this type of issue at this time”. We purchased two of the vtech kids phones at ~$80 ea. and this is the support we received. I’m normally not the type to publicly express my opinion, but I want to make sure others don’t have to go through this frustration.

Let me just say that this is the biggest disappointment for not only me as a parent but for my six year old that thought she was getting a phone to be able to text me. I wouldn’t even give this app or this product one star but I had to choose an option. Why is Vtech robbing people of their money with a phone that requires this app to text with the phone THAT DOESN'T EVEN WORK!!! I am so MAD! I’m having the exact same problem as so many of the other complaints here, can’t get logged in. Created a login but the wheel keeps spinning and no resolution. Tried to create a new account but can’t get past the security box, just keeps resetting. So FRUSTRATING!!! Vtech is literally robbing people of their money by selling this product that requires an app that is clearly not functioning. Get it TOGETHER VTECH!!!! Not a happy customer!!!! Very DISAPPOINTING!!!
