Right now BeMore freezes on a new page telling me that my hearing aids are not connected. But they are. I hope someone from the company is reading this review and will get to work correcting BeMore . Nothing like having a supposedly high tech app that becomes useless and makes your hearing aids useless to a great degree. I’ve given one star. Will revise if app improved.
Needs improvements for hearing aids. Most of the time it fails when starting BeMore to pair with my aids. It’s frustrating issues. There is no customer support for assistance. You have see hearing aid professionals which is not nearby.
The find my hearing aid feature doesn’t work. App is junk and Beltone doesn’t care!
Constantly disconnects from hearing aids. It ask to pair hearing aids when they are already paired and freezes up.You spend thousands of dollars on hearing aids and get stuck with a two cent app. Are you listening GN and Beltone.
I use BeMore (Earpiece) mostly to watch TV and the option to connect the Earpiece to the TV in BeMore disappears and appears as it pleases. Before, turning the Cellular on and off, was enough for the TV option to reappear in BeMore , but now sometimes it appears and sometimes doesn’t.
I can get my iPhone to pair them and app says they are found but can’t move off the first page. App is like it is frozen. Frustrating
Since updating to IOS13 BeMore is stuck in iPhone mode. Sometimes I can correct by taking turning off and on the hearing aids. Also, I have uninstalled and reinstalled BeMore . I am still
having the issue.
When I first got BeMore I loved it. After the last two updates it is running really slow
With the lasted update it is horrible. Will not pair with my Beltone hearing aids. Before the update is was fine. I would not recommend Beltone hearing aids because your paying for a app to control your hearing aids and it does not work. It is useless.
I thought it was me but then I read that many people have the same problem with connectivity. It is a terrible app but there doesn't seem to be an alternative for the Danalogic Ambio hearing aids.
Stupid App froze my iphone up so I couldnt do anything with it and as for the voice telling me what letters are allocated to each number ......Well I near a damm it stamped on my hearing aid to stop the crummy voice. Terrible disappoitment and as for losing my phone to an app that wont let me use my mobile which is my life line ( I darent go out with out it Im disabled).
Keeps disconnecting if the phone is more than 6 feet away
