Thorough explanations but glitchy and frustrating

I want to know why I went back in to go through a case a second time and the correct answers changed. The first time I only chose excision but it said stem cell transplant was necessary also, but the second time the stem cell transplant wasn’t necessary. Making me right the first time around. Is Prognosis set on me being wrong every time then? And why if I got 4/5 items correct did I only earn 1 out of 3 stars on the case? I think I’m over it and I’m only 3 cases in.

Great app for learning!

This is a very helpful app for those in the medical field that need to diagnose and understand various medical problems.

Each case is not too long and gives a thorough explanation. It really does helps with medical decision making and I suggest for anyone who wants to learn more or test their skills!

Great app for residents

When you read the clinical scenario you feel it would be an easy case and can be easily managed. Well, in each case, I have missed something small and learned so much. Easily five stars.

great until they just kept recycling the same content, over, and over.

I’ve done every single case for that last few years. Now all they’re posting is (sporadic!) recycled cases that I still remember. and the posting is irregular and infrequent. i wish they would update the case bank and have a message board to inform the community what’s up.

This is by far one of the most favorite med app I've ever owned. The numerous cases and scenarios that you interact with an challenge your ability to diagnose and treat some interesting conditions.

I have loved and enjoyed Prognosis for years. As a Cardiologist student, all the scenarios that were specific for me in Prognosis were great. Now they are all gone and the Odyssey App is not the same. There was nothing wrong with Prognosis the way it was. Thanks for an occasional new case.
