7 Most reported problems 😔💔
Bemore keeps stopping on my moto g9. Paired with danalogic GN ambio Its Ok on my samsung tablet. I run a village cinema and need the app to check the loop is working.
I was using Bemore successfully until a few days ago when I got a message that there was a new update. I installed it from Google Play Store, version 1.430, but it won't do anything at all, just exits. When will you have a version that works?
I have had my left hearing aid replaced due to a faulty battery. I have paid it but it has unpaired the right one. It won't allow me to pair both only one or the other.
I purchased a new IPhone 16 Pro Max. My hearing aids are Beltone XD761 for 4000 dollars with service contract. My hearing aids don’t work in conjunction with my IPhone on hearing aid setting. I can hear the other person but they can’t hear me. Sounds like I’m speaking from down a hall. I’ve been back to Beltone a dozen times along with Apple service and no one can figure out the fix! I am at wits end going on 4 months. I read that the iPhone 16 Pro Max is not compatible with the Beltone app BeMore. I need help Before I lose my mind. 314-972-4307 Michael Anton.

Right now the app freezes on a new page telling me that my hearing aids are not connected. But they are. I hope someone from the company is reading this review and will get to work correcting the app. Nothing like having a supposedly high tech app that becomes useless and makes your hearing aids useless to a great degree. I’ve given one star. Will revise if app improved.

Needs improvements for hearing aids. Most of the time it fails when starting the App to pair with my aids. It’s frustrating issues. There is no customer support for assistance. You have see hearing aid professionals which is not nearby.
