How to fix SALT app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SALT app on iPhone
Update SALT app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SALT iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SALT on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SALT network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SALT Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SALT not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SALT App
1. On android, goto Settings » SALT » click [Force Stop]

Update SALT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SALT App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SALT » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SALT.

Fix SALT unable to contact server/ SALT internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SALT » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SALT » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SALT
