Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever StrivePD app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix StrivePD app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the StrivePD app on iPhone
Update StrivePD app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall StrivePD iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix StrivePD on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve StrivePD network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

StrivePD Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix StrivePD not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent StrivePD app issues:

Force Stop the StrivePD App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click StrivePD app. » click "Force Stop".

Update StrivePD to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear StrivePD App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "StrivePD app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch StrivePD.

Fix StrivePD unable to contact server/ StrivePD internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click StrivePD » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got StrivePD » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch StrivePD on android.
