Most terrible experience each time I had to use this freaking app. Took me over 25 min to do a e-check in
All for in the end be SENT to another app that I had to download when I already have a plethora of video apps to use.

Needed to check up coming appointments would only allow me to see labs doctor ordered and when she ordered them. Not the date I scheduled to get them done. Couldn’t find the appointment anywhere. The care Here app was much easier.

I’m not finished. The developers of MyPremiseHealth do not work on a healthcare app. They work on an order-taking app. Work on taking orders.

And if the developer team lead agrees with me, back it up in your meetings. Nobody cares about what has been mentioned in previous developer responses, except consultants.

Guess what, listen to consultants all day and you will have the most streamlined piece of garbage you have ever seen. Exhibit A: MyPremiseHealth.

Listen to developers (me) and listen to your clients (also me).

We could not get the virtual visit function to work. We drove to AFHC and were told we needed a second app installed. While nothing was easy we did eventually speak with a doctor. Why are not all requirements disclosed in advance?

I know there are appointments available and every doctor in the county is not booked out for years in advance, but MyPremiseHealth never shows available appointments and I always have to call. What’s the point of having the button to schedule appointments without the actual option?

Horrible UI. I can’t even see appointments I’ve made that aren’t in the next week. Beyond frustrating to use and hopefully they get someone to fix this buggy, unintuitive, god awful app. Doesn’t reflect well on Premise that their app is so bad it would be behind it’s time for even 2011.

I’ve been receiving messages that have nothing to do with me. This is alarming and I’m concerned about my privacy. I receive messages from people I don’t know and MyPremiseHealth doesn’t allow me to reply to all messages nor does it allow me to book appointments with the lab. It’s hard to tell if these are challenges with MyPremiseHealth or a series of user errors with the clinic.

It’s not the easiest to use. I wish it would connect with the help app on my iPhone; both to read and write. It would amazing if when I went to a doctor visit the doctor could see the history of my ECG, blood pressure, temperature, etc.

I am really impressed with the ease of use MyPremiseHealth provides. It is so nice to have all my medical information in one place. I can find everything I need really easily and quickly. This is probably one of the better medical apps I’ve used!

I have used My Chart with another carrier. I love it. All my information needed in one place. I like that I can send messages and keep up with my appointments, test results, etc. It is helpful to have an app that keeps up with my doctors and where they are available if they have different offices. The reminders and phone numbers at my fingertips helps me less scattered.

I have been using this platform for my health needs for two weeks and I am blown away by how easy the user interface is. I have had nothing but complete success setting up appointments, and initiating and completing virtual visits with providers.

I highly recommend using this as you will come across an abundant of information you probably didn’t even know was accessible to you.

They do an outstanding job here and hospitality is 2nd to none.

I love having MyPremiseHealth it’s so easy to use and communicate with your doctor and they get right back to you plus you get your test results back before the nurse has a chance to call you!!!

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. The “message provider” function does not work- my doctor told me they’re unable to get messages. The appointment setting function lets me make appointments that aren’t available. It’s not user friendly at all, it’s hard to check on my medical history and track my health. I love my doctor and her office but MyPremiseHealth has gotta go!

MyPremiseHealth would have more value if it could share data with the Apple Health app.

There are too many steps to get to a message or notification. PLEASE change the path to get to a message. It would be helpful to get directly from my email to the message when opening MyPremiseHealth .

The new color scheme is terrible. The colors need more contrast.

Why can’t I add my meds and allergies in MyPremiseHealth ?

On this last update I’ve lost the ability to make an appointment online and send messages to my provider. I don’t know what’s happened. And when I sent an email to support it came back to me saying it couldn’t be sent due to a error. It’s a piece of crap and needs to be updated.

All you can do is see test results and past appointments. Other app (aurora) let’s me make appointments and send messages

My wife said when she pays for her visits thru MyPremiseHealth , she has to go thru the entire process and pay for each bill individually. Is there a way to just pay the total? Otherwise app accomplished what it should in my experience

MyPremiseHealth is run through Epic system and this is almost identical to mychart app. Not sure why it has to be separate app?

Please add in-app notifications for messages instead of emails.
