    Payments for visits

    My wife said when she pays for her visits thru the app, she has to go thru the entire process and pay for each bill individually. Is there a way to just pay the total? Otherwise app accomplished what it should in my experience

    App is terrible!

    This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. The “message provider” function does not work- my doctor told me they’re unable to get messages. The appointment setting function lets me make appointments that aren’t available. It’s not user friendly at all, it’s hard to check on my medical history and track my health. I love my doctor and her office but this app has gotta go!

    Needs work

    There are too many steps to get to a message or notification. PLEASE change the path to get to a message. It would be helpful to get directly from my email to the message when opening the app. The new color scheme is terrible. The colors need more contrast. Why can’t I add my meds and allergies in the app?

    Why a different app from mychart + add notification

    This app is run through Epic system and this is almost identical to mychart app. Not sure why it has to be separate app? Please add in-app notifications for messages instead of emails.

    Loved it. Now hate it.

    On this last update I’ve lost the ability to make an appointment online and send messages to my provider. I don’t know what’s happened. And when I sent an email to support it came back to me saying it couldn’t be sent due to a error. It’s a piece of crap and needs to be updated.

    Crappy; not up to standards of similar apps

    All you can do is see test results and past appointments. Other app (aurora) let’s me make appointments and send messages

    The app would have more value if it could share data with the Apple Health app.

I was treated for a condition 90 days ago,told to come back in 2 weeks to make sure antibiotics worked,they didn't and I have had 2 appointments for my recheck canceled within hours of my appointment time. Mind you all along while I'm still in pain. Very poor , unprofessional unreliable service.
