Per previos comments App goes through usual routine but ends with “ Finished, try again in a few minutes” it never works to indicate storage cleaned. This started after ios 16 update

I have the exact same problem
App stopped after update to ios 16. Phone is 13 mini with 101 gb of unused storage. After running app it just stops with the message "finished please try later"
