- Received an email trying to sell experimental medication after answering questions.
- Data transfer from old phone to new phone gets stuck at 60%.
- Cannot access any of own data or previous trial information.
Apple suggested to wipe my entire phone and reinstall the operating system through iTunes as it was corrupted and some native apps kept crashing . I did and thusly had to download all data and apps through iCloud. Now when I try to open the research app I get a message, unable to transfer studies to try again check your Internet connection first. If you are unable to transfer your progress, you can reset your study progress and start over. I have a perfect Internet connection. I absolutely don’t want to start from scratch on the Research as I’ve been doing it for years. Any suggestions?
