This app does not work. Senses Will not refund.

I used this app for two days and forgot about it. When I received a recurring payment I tried the app again but it would not work. I deleted the app a few times and reinstalled it. I still have not gotten it to work. It’s frozen on the title page. I asked for a refund it was not given. I received another recurring payment which is now double what it was originally. I have contacted customer service and emailed twice about a refund but have not received it.

download this app, advertising as free… and was AUTOMATICALLY charged $60 for a year subscription. it didn’t ask and didn’t have me put in a password to confirm payment. but i got an email about 5 minutes after downloading that i was charged $60. i requested a refund through apple support, and i expect to be refunded in full in 48 hours (yes that’s the soonest u can be refunded…ridiculous). this app is a great concept but the flaws are absolutely unacceptable.
Careful with cancellations

I wanted to like this app, however I found I couldn’t keep up with the advice and exercises, so I decided to cancel, only to find out that it kept charging me a weekly fee on my PayPal even though subscription was cancelled in the apple app.
It was only after several weeks that I reviewed my PayPal statement that I noticed the 9.99 fee charged by senses for at least three weeks. Any company that does that to me is completely untrustworthy.
