Me and my friend ordered a Nintendo Switch same day but couple of hours apart, he got it within 3 days while i still haven’t received it even after more than a week has passed! When contacted customer support they said that they weren’t able to contact me when the phone number was verified and they called me twice! Not only that, they returned it without even contacting me in any way, they could’ve done that by sending an email or calling the number at least 3 times until someone picks up but no they didn’t try. Worst of all is when i was talking to customer support, he said that the product was returned but in noonshopping its self the order is shipped but not delivered and in returns section no request of a return was made no approved request was there. And instead of supplying us with another one with the same price or just sending me the one I ordered, the manager himself told me to order another one thats even more expensive than my previous purchase! Absolutely disgusting. Will never make another off of it.

A retail PlayStation 5 is roughly 2,000 AED. The retail version of FIFA is roughly 350 AED. However, when they are sold as a bundle (which is the only way that noon sells them), the price jumps to 3,800 AED. So noon is inflating the price by 1,500 AED. This is noon the seller not a third party by the way. In fact, they go even further to say this 3,800 AED price represents a 32% discount!!!! Taking advantage that a product is in short supply and raising the price by over 50% and claiming it represents a 32% discount ,while not illegal, is definitely unethical and a very poor business practice. Most other retailers have taken measures to prevent price gouging, but noon apparently sees it as a core business practice.

Equip the courier with a can of alcohol propane gas there are small cylinder cans in size but has a long lasting use of perhaps over three minutes to empty the can, and that is enough for 50 packages delivered to the customers doorstep. That means every time the courier delivers any package of items to the doorstep he should spray himself with the can from up to down and then spray the customers package all around the package and this way you shall be the best Ironman delivery service and shopping company around the world and every1 will know about u even better. I ask God to accept this deed of advice for me and the family

I tried to buy a charger for my laptop and found one that was original ( at least that what it said and the picture showed ) and ordered it but what I got was a completely different charger that was a fake brand so I returned it and ordered it again 3 times and each time I get the same one as the first time even though I called and sent emails multiple times to customer support to make sure I get the right one , not to mention when I ordered thermal paste I got another thermal paste that was different to what was posted on noonshopping and each time they wouldn’t refund me until I call them after 3 days to tell them that I don’t get my money back and guess what after 20 min I get my money

1) Bought a product and it isn’t working. I can return it but I don’t get refund nor replacement. Only choice is to get points in their account. They took the money and product.
2) Fake product, not original. Beware. Buy under your own responsibility, no guarantee.
3) Bought iPhone, and it’s the worst version in the marker. the Japanese version with lots of restrictions. They don’t mention in the phone Specification page (they hide it on purpose). No return. In addition, no review choice available for the product, so everyone will not be aware about the disadvantages and they keep selling.
Your actions will lead to bad consequences. I will spread the word to my friends and social media.
Don’t tell me to contact your customer service cause I have already did.

So I’ve tried to order from noonshopping and the delivery boy didn’t know the location that I clearly clarified in the address section, my phone ran out of battery for few minutes while he was trying to call me so after 1 hour of waiting I realize the order got canceled, and they blocked my cash on delivery option forever, and when I live chat with an assistant they always fail to resolve the issue and keeps saying “this lock is from system we can’t unlock it” and when I said finally to delete my account so I can create a new one, they also apologize and say they can’t! I guess I’m gonna stay away from noonshopping and recommend people to not download it

I only buy from noon, because its a local company, I would rather them than other online platforms, the only time I ask them to fix a scooter i bought for 1500 dh which btw was on warranty. They took it, broke it into pieces and sent it back to me after weeks without emailing or calling me that it hasn’t been fixed or that the problem is out of the warranty because its my fault apparently, maybe if you called, discussed, asked me if I would like to pay to fix it, maybe I would be happy, instead of throwing away 1500 dh down the drain.

No one called until I raised another claim, and guess what, it was a useless call.

Don’t buy anything from Noon, it’s a waste of money and time. I ordered thee times from noon. The first two times the product was completely different, I ordered a small food scale and they delivered a large actual human scale! The other product was supposed to be the game Gobblers for 77 SR, and I got a cheap plastic knockoff that’s not even worth 20 SR. The third time I ordered was the worst. I ordered the very well known Fejka plant that’s supposed to be from IKEA, they even used the same name and picture of the product, and I can’t even describe how horrible it is, a tiny fake that’s breaking apart. And at the end, they called me to cancel the rest of my order because it’s out of stock!!!!

Login, app randomly logs us out, or says were an unknown user. Father livid, he is logged in. he is charged for his order, Checks order, none shown and error out saying “unknown user” despite he is logged in. Restarts app, login fails, reset password, checks orders, order not their and items still in cart. (The same items he got charged with above) So far app only good for viewing items. Recommend ordering on computers vs noonshopping for Iphones.

Update: there is no order number for order don’t exist. Email it at least refunds money in same day. Mainly annoying.

This is fraud company . Sale fake products and in the name of return they put money to your noon credit . After that some of their staffs makes order without your permission and ship to new address . noonshopping does not have cancel order button so that even if you know about any fraud you cannot cancel the order . If you intimate them about the fraud order from your account they would wait till shipment is done and then they would say shipment is done we cannot do anything , file police complain . Police would say talk to noon and this goes on. Your money is looted . Purposely they do to from Noon credit so that bank cannot safeguard us. noonshopping is scam nothing else .

Very bad service of all time. My order was suppose to come by Sunday as quoted by noon and did not receive it till now. No manager is available whenever I call and they are always making fake promises. I would highly recommend not to order anything. Just browse and they are scared to give updates if something goes wrong with the seller.

I called noon customer service at least once a day since the original “estimated delivery date”, made a complaint when it was 1 day late, and I got a call the next day and again the day after from the - admittedly very polite - customer service reps.. but the fact remains that I had still not received my order 4 days after its original estimated delivery date!

After already being 5 days late, multiple “confirmations” from the customer service team that the product was at the final “noon shipping facility” and noon’s new tracking tool marking the order as “out for delivery” a few times before mysteriously switching back to “arrived at final shipping facility”, my order was cancelled yesterday with no explanation.. I called the customer service team yet again and they had no explanation as to why it was cancelled!

Now the product’s price on noon is 25% higher!

Never again!!

To be honest don’t think of buying from noon it’s a waste of time and money go buy from shine it’s better I ordered a air pods pro And it says it’s real and the pictures shows that it’s real I bought it for 800 and I was to exited when I got it the box was damaged and it turned out to be fake it dose not change and I went to apple and they said it’s fake I wasted money and time I would not recommend buying from them anything and the second time I ordered it took 2 weeks to ship when my friend ordered the same thing and got it in 1 week

I was in dubai for 2 weeks I downloaded noonshopping and shopped I got every delivery. I even changed my mind about one and the agent took it back and refunded my money which still reflects in my noon account. They delivered fast and I got what I ordered for. That’s the reason noonshopping is still in my phone I’ll still shop with them whenever I am in the UAE.

It’s been 2 weeks since my order and still haven’t received it. Customer service do not help at all, they said someone will contact me after 3 days which never happened and when I called again and asked to cancel the order and return my money they said it will take 4-5 days to cancel. The service is the worst I have ever experienced with online shopping. There is no way you can track your shipping either, all I see is shipped but don’t know where it has reached. This was my first time using them and definitely never again.

I tried Noon several times. The prices changing constantly. So you probably order a phone then before you even receive it you find it cheaper than what you bought it for!! Their supply chain is the worst among their competitors. Sometimes they deliver goods later than what they promised you!! Other times you spend your day calling their carrier to send your location instead of bothering themselves to look at your address in the package!! Noon, unfortunately you need a lot of efforts and hard work to work properly, until you do so I’ll delete your app.

Noon extended zero hassle warranty services for my iPhone that was on the last few days of completing the 2 year warranty period, as the phone wasn’t repairable noon gave a full refund of the price I paid almost 2 years ago..

100% satisfied and hence bought my replacement immediately from noon..!

Very enjoyable experience shopping with noon. noonshopping is straight forward and easy to navigate. The payment confirmation is prompt and flexible (cash or card). My first experience has been very enjoyable! I cannot wait to try noon daily for my groceries it looks like they have everything I need!

I have made many purchases over the years using the Noon App. Never any problems. I have returned 2 purchases as I had ordered the incorrect size. Items were collected the next day & a day or 2 later I was refunded. Always a pleasurable shopping experience.

Month ago I was ordered some stuff and I returned it back
Today I called them to return my money back one of them tell me that my mont saved and lcan buy anything
Then when I try to open Noon app it looks like they block me

Noon had cancelled and returned two orders which the delivery agents NEVER ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER. The same address and same same time and same phone number for the previous deliveries but no one calls .. and bu day’s end I receive an automated call telling me that “agents were unable to reach me” and if I wanted to reschedule for another day I should select “1”. This has been the case for a week ..

Follow up: if you could only add the options to rate the items and to group all items from the same order into one single shipment, it would be awesome. I’d like to do my part in helping e-commerce become more efficient (reduce packaging waste and reduce multiple trips to the same address).

You don’t have control on what you purchase and no tracking facility, even the customer service don’t have tool to track your shipment.

Don’t try it, worst online purchase experience.

Honestly noon is a very nice app and all but honestly it has such a very negative thing that the buyers cant see the comments and how the product is.. every online app has to have a comment section with rating for the product..because that is a costumer’s right...and the costumers need to trust the products that are getting sell to them. And if the costumer trusted the products they would definitely get back everytime!

I wish you guys could just get a grip after all these reviews you still choose not to fix anything. Do you like having a bad reputation? I ordered a phone and it was used and the wrong phone! I’m waiting for the refund they said they’ll give but it’s still not in my wallet I’m so scared to order it again. I’m going to wait one more day if And if my order goes later than 4 days it means they’re actually scammers which I’d like to believe they’re not. Ps buy from the NOON SELLER and not any other seller I think that’s the problem.

At checkout the Apple Pay option didn’t work and kept rejecting though it should not since I have face recognition that authenticate the card usage .. if I use Apple Pay I would shop more often since I don’t carry the card with me at all times

noonshopping lost major functionality especially in search. If you look for something like iPhone x case and from suggestion you choosed the iPhone x you will no longer be able to edit the search or make any increments. Also the arrow in the search results on right side should not be for starting the search, it should be for adding the text.
