Just started with homecare and HomeCarecom has been great. All you have to do is download it and you can track your hours and have info on adls too. It’s really easy to use and better than having to remember what my hours are every week.

You can’t actually view/apply to opportunities in HomeCarecom - they’re in the background? you can kind of see them but not access them. Sometimes you get an email but not always. You can’t change any of your information because there’s no option for that in HomeCarecom and apparently we’re not wanted on the website anymore. So obnoxious.

I don't usually write reviews, but I just wanted everyone to know how great HomeCarecom is. It is a godsend since I don't have to worry about tracking miles if I drive, or what hours I work, or what I do during the day. Gives me more time to spend with my clients!

As for keeping up w/clients app is great but if you need to change your address, add certifications, references etc.. there is no options for that, and no access to actual website to do these things anymore, location services aren’t actually using location, only your physical address, and if you can’t change your address, you won’t be finding work near you

HomeCarecom is so user friendly and convenient! This is coming from someone who isn’t tech savvy at all. I’m able to apply to jobs as easy as 1,2,3; see my job and keep track of my hours. All from my phone!

Can only view jobs avail near you can’t update your profile or apply to anything because you need to create a profile again that you can’t. Can’t do it on a web browser either as the ONLY option it gives you is that app so lose lose here not worth the time.

I just started with HomeCarecom and it’s been giving me the worst time. The concept of having an app to keep up with your work assignment is genius ... I just do not know why on my iPhone it keeps crashing. I reinstalled HomeCarecom a total of 4 times, changed the passwords twice and reset the network on my phone.

The support staff has been phenomenal on helping me with the issue but I’m just ready for it to work.

I love that I can just do a quick gps check in when I get to my clients house. I don’t have to keep track of notes or hours when it’s time to get paid. So easy!!

Keep getting notifications for jobs but HomeCarecom only shows one job.. the same job every time and it’s filled. And out of my area.

There is no one to contact about technical support no one to talk to about the jobs. you can’t upload a profile picture add certificates or even change your address. You get text messages from job opportunities but the job will not be available on HomeCarecom . Waste of time

HomeCarecom was a total waste of my time it’s literally only one job posted for next month and I’m sure everyone is applying for it. The fact that’s you can’t change your locations or even navigate around other areas that may have work is crazy.

HomeCarecom is great. I can get instant access to jobs in my area as a CNA. I would recommend it to anyone looking for work(with the right certifications) in the healthcare industry.

This is the best company that I have ever worked for.

HomeCarecom is doing me no good every time I go to apply to a job I get an error message I can’t even get pass the application process it’s very frustrating and needs to be fixed if you want people to use your app please and thank you!

This company is so sketchy. I never get opportunities in my area and there is NO way you can change your location. Every job listing HomeCare notifies me of are at least 2+ hours away from where I live.
Also, there is NO website! That throws red flags, right off the bat.

Can someone help me I downloaded HomeCarecom but I don’t know how to pick/ click on jobs that I would take also I cannot turn on my notifications button that’s on HomeCarecom uggghhh please help

Get instant alerts, very convenient with weekly pay

I’m now unable to edit and update my profile! There’s no option in HomeCarecom and when I try to go through the website I’m redirected straight to HomeCarecom .
