Close and restart the RemoView app on iPhone
Update RemoView app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RemoView iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RemoView on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RemoView network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent RemoView app issues:

Force Stop the RemoView App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click RemoView app. » click "Force Stop".

Update RemoView to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RemoView App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "RemoView app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch RemoView.

Fix RemoView unable to contact server/ RemoView internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click RemoView » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got RemoView » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RemoView on android.
