My app on pixel 6a as of today keeps shutting down. For the past 3 years have Never had an issue. Have uninstalled and then rei8 the app to no avail . Keeps shutting down as it is opened

How to fix Remo+ app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Remo+ app on iPhone
Update Remo+ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Remo+ iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Remo+ on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Remo+ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Remo+ not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Remo+ app issues:

Force Stop the Remo+ App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Remo+ app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Remo+ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Remo+ App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Remo+ app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Remo+.

Fix Remo+ unable to contact server/ Remo+ internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Remo+ » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Remo+ » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Remo+ on android.
