Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Dododex app issues:

Force Stop the Dododex App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Dododex app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Dododex to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dododex App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Dododex app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Dododex.

Click Dododex » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
