I have two AirCon units connected with unique names. For the last few weeks the app fails to retrieve a status "Status unknown". There are no issues with my WiFi availability or reliability. If I open either Device in the App it repeatedly states "Control failed, please try again". Refreshing the App has no effect. Alexa works as expected and can start/stop the devices, but I can't change any settings through the MSmartHome app.
