Msmarthome app hangs on latest IOS version making it verry difficult to use.
smarthome app keeps hanging
All AC is offline. Following error message: Calling business System exception(business interface timeout)
I have an AC now hen i perform check on APP I ge the message " due to unstable network connection, not all faults were detected this time
I have 2 vacum cleaners Midea 7 and midea 7 pro. The app detects them but when trying to start any of them i get message Network error Try later
When I try to login, it now says my account does not exist. I can no longer access my devices
Can’t click on the buttons to share a device with my husband. It doesn’t respond
Pre programmed schedule is cancelled if we use it manually
I got the app installed and connected the device to the Wi-Fi. Now when I click on the device it keeps asking me to choose device type and I can’t move past the machine.
I can turn the HW on and off manually via the App, but it has stopped responding to the schedule.

Not working "fail to connect status"
I have two AirCon units connected with unique names. For the last few weeks the app fails to retrieve a status "Status unknown". There are no issues with my WiFi availability or reliability. If I open either Device in the App it repeatedly states "Control failed, please try again". Refreshing the App has no effect. Alexa works as expected and can start/stop the devices, but I can't change any settings through the MSmartHome app.
