imou life app on win 10 64 bit has error. I log in, but can't view camera, when I click on start viewing icon, the app crashes and asks to report error. then it will log in again and continue to have the same error.

camera cannot be moved via the app...it just moves an inch then freezes and have to wait for it to refresh then camera is back where it was...same thing every time

Hello, I am trying to configure a new camera imou "Bullet 2 E " but when put a new card sd with 128gb storage i have an error message said "device storage corrupted" the sd carte is working fine with my phone.
India is not shown in countries for setting local timings but Calcutta city in India is shown with which I could set my timings. Why India a big country not shown?
Installed Queensland Australia. Camera shows steady green and smart phone has wi fi strength of 2 bars at camera site. When viewed on IMOU app it shows camera offline and a message "Device offline. Please check whether network connection and power status are normal". Have attempted to reset camera several times, but still will not work. Also camera does not record on SD card purchased with camera. Hope you can help as camera is installed for security reasons.

Hi, I own three Imou cameras and the notifications for one of my cameras keeps turning itself off so I can never get notifications for motion sensed from that camera. Also i would like to purchase a compatible doorbell camera to use with the Imou app but am stuggking to fiund one, please could you suggest one for me. Thanks Joel
