When I go to check my tips for my chosen league, it says error has occurred please check internet connection but i can still pick my tips, I just can't see my league's progress.

Update FANZO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FANZO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FANZO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FANZO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent FANZO app issues:

Force Stop the FANZO App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click FANZO app. » click "Force Stop".

Update FANZO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FANZO App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "FANZO app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch FANZO.

Fix FANZO unable to contact server/ FANZO internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click FANZO » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got FANZO » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FANZO on android.
