Server sucked. Manager was a joke!!! Watched half our order sit on line for a good 25 minutes. Then brought the it out to us cold. Told them we saw it was sitting there forever. Server took food back and said they’d remake it. Then manager brought it back out said it was fresh. Food and plate were cold and manger said they were remakes. Finally she admitted that it was the same food. How sad this place is and they weren’t even that busy.

Ordered chili with online order. Was expecting a good bowl of chili and the corn muffin. I got two separate small bowls one with chili and the other with chili juice. No corn muffin. Was given a dinner roll. (Ice cold) Had placed an order for a second corn muffin. When I got there they told me they did not have the additional corn muffins n and low and behold it was another dinner roll and of course ice cold….. if they were out of corn muffins, they should have called, isn’t that why we provide a phone number when ordering??? I will think very hard next time before I order or go into a Black Bear. I definitely think $1.79 for a dinner roll is a little ridiculous…..😏

We went to pick something up for our lunch since our youth at church were doing a fundraiser. We were really excited because Black Bear Diner has been one of our favorites. I ordered a half sandwich and cup of soup. When I got home I realized all I got was a sandwich. We did t have time to go back as my husband needed to go to work. At lunch I pulled it out and realized that part of the bread was burned on the edges. I’m just really disappointed that I paid what I did for just a sandwich that was pretty simple and nothing to brag about. At least our youth group was helped a tiny bit.

If you use BlackBearDiner , then you notice that it seems old, and confusing when order is complete. There is a list of your answers which looks like you are saying yes or no to the words underneath them. Every time I have to check my salad order because they always leave off the blue cheese due to how the receipt reads. If you use BlackBearDiner to order a salad then you will see what I mean.

Access the Black Bear Diner web site for the latest planned locations. Unfortunately, BlackBearDiner won’t show you any locations in most states. New locations may not appear. Hopefully a future version would always show the nearest, even if it is in the center of the USA.

Why add a scan button when it never works? Why add a “save your information” when it doesn’t save it? I have been complaining about this website for three years, at least. I would suggest you take off the options for scanning and saving if they are not going to work.

Glad we can do online ordering but very disappointed that the only food customizing available is to “remove” an item NOT ADD OR CHANGE. I would like to add jalapeños to different things that don’t necessarily come with it normally. Other than that black bear has great food and good portions for all appetites. Please make this happen.

Love the food but I have a couple of suggestions for BlackBearDiner .
1. Let us have more than 20 characters to leave instructions or changes.
2. Let us leave a tip in BlackBearDiner .

Love the diner itself but having to search through multiple pages to find a menu is a giant leap backwards.
A long time ago, the menu and health factors were right up front accessible from the front/main page.

Sadly, not any more!
Please fix this issue.

...it does not save my credit card information, and I have to re-enter it every time. I cannot scan my card, so having to manually re-enter it every time is tedious. It saved my phone number just fine, so why not my card?

My husband and I went to one of our favorite places to eat. Black Bear Diner, and they did not disappoint us. Our server Nadi gave excellent service, she has the most beautiful smile. Our food was delicious as always, and as always I was not able to finish my meal. We did however, get pies to take home with us.
If you are wanting a good place to eat, you can’t beat Black Bear Diner’s price or the excellent service and amazing food.

Very efficient and fast I love blackbear my whole family goes there and we order for delivery as well

Camarón our waitress was so kind n professional. Now he knows how to take care of his customers. Be sure that I will be back to see Camarón again.

First time visit Black bear love the customer service, the food was great and specially the Chardonnay my friend and I had a glass each. Thank Lupita. We’ll come back to see you again.

My server Karissa was very friendly and attentive. Despite the wait the staff with very patient and friendly as well. My last experience with blackbear diner was in Arizona and had same wonderful experience . I’ll be back soon

This is the best diner out there in my book. The food is good and filling. And, this and this place is very family friendly. I ordered food from there just today!

So happy to receive invite to the pre- opening! My husband and I enjoyed a delicious meal , tried different desserts, and got to meet Biscuit the Bear. All before it was open to the public to help train the employees! Food was delicious and staff were friendly and attentive!

Whenever they release new “limited time specials” they are never on BlackBearDiner . Otherwise good app, could be better
