I wanted to give them another try, Hoowever the food wayyyy overcooked. Bread was so overly done we couldn’t even get a bite. The potato skins were so overly done that what was supposed to be fluffy was hard and not edible. Spending $52 for this was such a waste of money.

It was my anniversary and I had the worst food it was bland and cold. I have been reaching out to the restaurant since my horrible anniversary and still have not received any compensation or return anything ( call message ext…. Very upset

5-21-22 placed an online order for 5:30pm pickup. Husband arrived and waited an hour and 2 phone calls to no avail. I called and spoke to RUDE and uncaring manager JUSTIN to be told oh yeah I’ll bring it out.

Downloaded BlackAngusSteakhouse . Logged in with my BA account. Looked for the coupons they said were in BlackAngusSteakhouse . Found out I need to create a second account.

There are two “hamburger” menus. It appears one is for the reward program and the other is for BlackAngusSteakhouse — as if the distinction is important to the customer. No, only important to BlackAngusSteakhouse developer (I, too, am an app developer). An app needs to be focused on the user, not the business relationship with BlackAngusSteakhouse developer nor BlackAngusSteakhouse developer.

There does not appear to be a reservation button. Maybe it is under the “location.” It comes up with “no locations.” I do not turn on location services in any app. I enter my zip code. It is the same as the zip code for the restaurant. No locations. I change the search from 50 miles (the restaurant is 3 miles away from me) to 5000 miles. App gets an error.

If I did not already like this restaurant, I would not try this hard. I would just go to Chianti, another favorite restaurant.

I have been trying to use BlackAngusSteakhouse from the very beginning and it has too many glitches. You can never add rewards. I can never get any of the free offers. Even scanning your credit card and retaining information does not work. I have been a customer with Black Angus for over 30 years ... Not worth downloading. All the promises of discounts are rebutted by restaurant staff. They don’t want to issue coupons, that’s clear. If you dine at Black Angus, just know you will pay full price. So downloading BlackAngusSteakhouse is irrelevant

Ordered two meals with the Bogo deal for pickup. My rib dinner was missing the red skin mashed potatoes side. They need to QA the orders better.

App is telling me “Invalid Authentication Token”. What does that mean and how do I fix it??? Tried several times to place my birthday dinner order and it would not accept it due to this “error”. Frustrating. Gave up and deleted BlackAngusSteakhouse .

First time I did order pick up this week. Got home and no baked potato. Rolls are wrapped in foil. Maybe they thought rolls and baked potatoes are the same thing if both wrapped in foil. They’re not.

BlackAngusSteakhouse is overly complicated and poorly designed.

Black Angus used to be one of my favorite restaurants and I thought I would treat myself to a nice dinner. I was very disappointed by the quality of this food. More than half went to waste and I paid 40$.

Please if there is an ingredient on an item there needs to be a REMOVE option. A section for instructions and the ability to add EXTRA items are also needed.

When ordering through BlackAngusSteakhouse , they use DoorDash. Black angus won’t seal the food to prevent tampering. We were missing 1 entree and 1 side. My fries looked skimpy too. Won’t use the delivery service again.

Using sliders for amounts instead of clear + or - and totals makes the experience fiddly and inexact for users. Wording used for most descriptions is confusing and ‘add item’ vs ‘order’ is not easily understood. Really poor UI experience. Took far longer than necessary to place order and I almost g... My wife and I discovered Black Angus in Temecula many years ago. We love the food and our favorite server is CARMEL!!! We usually have the Campfire Feast with Filet Mignon and have the Mudd Pie for dessert. The Best ever!!!!

Best steak dinner with loaded baked potato.
Also appetizers are a delicious start to your dinner.

I love Black Angus and order delivery a few times a month via BlackAngusSteakhouse . BlackAngusSteakhouse is great except there’s no place I can find to order extras such as more sour cream or more salad dressing. I’m happy to pay for it if I could just find where to add it to my order!!

40 years I’ve been coming to Black Angus. They are really THE BEST! Just fewer stores. Let’s keep them open by going there… often!
