I don’t really get BlackAngusSteakhouse. It seems you earn points only if you order through BlackAngusSteakhouse . This isn’t McDonald’s, where I’m going to pickup through the drive thru! It’s a sit down restaurant where people place there order in person. Seems the company is a little out of touch with the public.

5-21-22 placed an online order for 5:30pm pickup. Husband arrived and waited an hour and 2 phone calls to no avail. I called and spoke to RUDE and uncaring manager JUSTIN to be told oh yeah I’ll bring it out.
Last time for BLACK ANGUS!

Using sliders for amounts instead of clear + or - and totals makes the experience fiddly and inexact for users. Wording used for most descriptions is confusing and ‘add item’ vs ‘order’ is not easily understood. Really poor UI experience. Took far longer than necessary to place order and I almost gave up. No mention of whether or not bread is included (it’s provided at tables, so hopefully it’ll be in my order???). Price for almost everything varies depending on what sides and mains you add so it’s very confusing to figure out what you’re ordering and what the cost will be until you’re done.

Please if there is an ingredient on an item there needs to be a REMOVE option. A section for instructions and the ability to add EXTRA items are also needed.

Most app have a copy of the menu having prices for that location would be good and pictures of the food BlackAngusSteakhouse is so useless and I informing app I have ever laid eyes on! Please redesign your app from an actual customers point of view I beg you! I’ll help if you need my insight, an actual customer.

App is telling me “Invalid Authentication Token”. What does that mean and how do I fix it??? Tried several times to place my birthday dinner order and it would not accept it due to this “error”. Frustrating. Gave up and deleted BlackAngusSteakhouse .

When ordering through BlackAngusSteakhouse , they use DoorDash. Black angus won’t seal the food to prevent tampering. We were missing 1 entree and 1 side. My fries looked skimpy too. Won’t use the delivery service again.

Not worth downloading. All the promises of discounts are rebutted by restaurant staff. They don’t want to issue coupons, that’s clear. If you dine at Black Angus, just know you will pay full price. So downloading BlackAngusSteakhouse is irrelevant

Best steak dinner with loaded baked potato.
Also appetizers are a delicious start to your dinner.

Downloaded BlackAngusSteakhouse . Logged in with my BA account. Looked for the coupons they said were in BlackAngusSteakhouse . Found out I need to create a second account.

Same information is in both accounts (email address, etc.). Now I have the coupon. I want to get a reservation to use it. Cannot find a “reservation” button.

There are two “hamburger” menus. It appears one is for the reward program and the other is for BlackAngusSteakhouse — as if the distinction is important to the customer. No, only important to BlackAngusSteakhouse developer (I, too, am an app developer). An app needs to be focused on the user, not the business relationship with BlackAngusSteakhouse developer nor BlackAngusSteakhouse developer.

There does not appear to be a reservation button. Maybe it is under the “location.” It comes up with “no locations.” I do not turn on location services in any app. I enter my zip code. It is the same as the zip code for the restaurant. No locations. I change the search from 50 miles (the restaurant is 3 miles away from me) to 5000 miles. App gets an error.

If I did not already like this restaurant, I would not try this hard. I would just go to Chianti, another favorite restaurant.

Fix BlackAngusSteakhouse .

Didn’t capture my phone number nor my birth date. Edit account does not allow me to enter my birth date, no matter what I try. Now, at the restaurant, I have to write down my 16 digit account number each time I am eating at the restaurant in order to receive any of my promotions.Maybe some fifth graders could help black Angus IT department to program BlackAngusSteakhouse so it is functional, not so convoluted, and more user-friendly.

I have been trying to use BlackAngusSteakhouse from the very beginning and it has too many glitches. You can never add rewards. I can never get any of the free offers. Even scanning your credit card and retaining information does not work. I have been a customer with Black Angus for over 30 years and I will not stop using the restaurant but BlackAngusSteakhouse is getting ready to be trashed. It’s very enticing, but I would rather just order with someone at the restaurant then get frustrated for the last hour and not order at all. Please fix BlackAngusSteakhouse .

Ordered two meals with the Bogo deal for pickup. My rib dinner was missing the red skin mashed potatoes side. They need to QA the orders better.

40 years I’ve been coming to Black Angus. They are really THE BEST! Just fewer stores. Let’s keep them open by going there… often!

It was my anniversary and I had the worst food it was bland and cold. I have been reaching out to the restaurant since my horrible anniversary and still have not received any compensation or return anything ( call message ext…. Very upset

I’ve been a customer innorthern Calif since th first restaurant was opened In Sacramento some 25 or 30 years ago. I lived in the Phoenix,AZ area for awhile and became a regular at the Goodyear area restaurant as well. It didn’t matter if we were inCaljf or Arizona the
Food was just as good as was the staff. One of the first places I’ll look for in any town is Black angus, knowing the food and service will be first rate.

I cannot change the phone number on my account in BlackAngusSteakhouse . The phone number isn’t even my number. The last order the driver tried to call me and couldn’t get through. Fortunately she found my house. So I created a new account under a different email. When I placed my order this time, it shows it os scheduled to deliver at 2:45 AM! lol! Anyway when I called the restaurant and they have no idea how to correct BlackAngusSteakhouse . It’s frustrating. Tiring to order on an app that doesn’t work properly.

I love Black Angus and order delivery a few times a month via BlackAngusSteakhouse . BlackAngusSteakhouse is great except there’s no place I can find to order extras such as more sour cream or more salad dressing. I’m happy to pay for it if I could just find where to add it to my order!!
