Worst experience ever!!!!!!

Server sucked. Manager was a joke!!! Watched half our order sit on line for a good 25 minutes. Then brought the it out to us cold. Told them we saw it was sitting there forever. Server took food back and said they’d remake it. Then manager brought it back out said it was fresh. Food and plate were cold and manger said they were remakes. Finally she admitted that it was the same food. How sad this place is and they weren’t even that busy.

Ordered chili with online order. Was expecting a good bowl of chili and the corn muffin. I got two separate small bowls one with chili and the other with chili juice. No corn muffin. Was given a dinner roll. (Ice cold) Had placed an order for a second corn muffin. When I got there they told me they did not have the additional corn muffins n and low and behold it was another dinner roll and of course ice cold….. if they were out of corn muffins, they should have called, isn’t that why we provide a phone number when ordering??? I will think very hard next time before I order or go into a Black Bear. I definitely think $1.79 for a dinner roll is a little ridiculous…..😏

We went to pick something up for our lunch since our youth at church were doing a fundraiser. We were really excited because Black Bear Diner has been one of our favorites. I ordered a half sandwich and cup of soup. When I got home I realized all I got was a sandwich. We did t have time to go back as my husband needed to go to work. At lunch I pulled it out and realized that part of the bread was burned on the edges. I’m just really disappointed that I paid what I did for just a sandwich that was pretty simple and nothing to brag about. At least our youth group was helped a tiny bit.
