My Dive+ app always stops working at 8 or 9% of saving a video and then just gets stuck there. I have a VIP membership too. Tried deleting the cache, etc. etc. very annoying. Sometimes it works well for a few videos and then suddenly stops working.

Why is it not possible to process my 4K, 120 fps video with Dive+ ? Everytime the processing gets stuck at around 11%. I have a VIP membership.
