I’ve followed all suggested support steps, even reformatted my phone entirely & once I enter my (not insubstantial - 5 digits worth of points on it) Rewards number (required to purchase anything) MyAveda crashes. I cannot redeem my points (or add new ones) unless I shop from the website on my laptop.
I have called more than 10 times, daily for a week, several different times/days beyond that week. Tried emails several times & to various support addresses, tried the text chat (outsourced) and cannot get *any* customer support, not even an acknowledgement of receipt.
After attempting to reinstall MyAveda , I now no longer have the card in my wallet (which worked, even if it didn’t show my accurate points).
Get it together! I haven’t been an Aveda customer since 1993 for this kind of treatment.
