App Will Not Open

I’ve been trying to use this app for a couple of weeks now. Every time I open it, I get an “Errors” message, saying “Could not connect to server, please check your network connection”. I know it is not my network, because I have no issues with anything else & I’ve tried on several different networks to no avail. I have also tried deleting the app & downloading it several times. I would love to be able to use this app, as I’ve been an Aveda loyalist & Pure Privilege member for 20+ years, but never know my status or points when at the salon. I’m finally getting around to adding the app to my phone, & have seen many fantastic reviews. Please fix this app!!

App crashes after entering Rewards Number

I’ve followed all suggested support steps, even reformatted my phone entirely & once I enter my (not insubstantial - 5 digits worth of points on it) Rewards number (required to purchase anything) the app crashes. I cannot redeem my points (or add new ones) unless I shop from the website on my laptop.

I have called more than 10 times, daily for a week, several different times/days beyond that week. Tried emails several times & to various support addresses, tried the text chat (outsourced) and cannot get *any* customer support, not even an acknowledgement of receipt.

After attempting to reinstall the app, I now no longer have the card in my wallet (which worked, even if it didn’t show my accurate points).

Get it together! I haven’t been an Aveda customer since 1993 for this kind of treatment.

Worst shopping experience!

This app makes shopping SO difficult! I’m logged into the app and select shop mobile, but when I get there the app is so slow and freezes constantly. I finally manage to get everything in my cart and try to check out and it makes me log in again! I forgot my password and I’m still waiting for it to email to me. Get it together. Other companies make it easy to purchase via shop and other options. This is such a terrible and unnecessarily complicated experience!
