Logins are not remembered, despite enabling it. Biometrics are not recognized, despite enabling it. Images received in Smile are tiny, with no conventional way of interacting with them (pinch, zoom, etc.)
Smile seems to be the only game in town. Perhaps the nursing home money they’ve been showered with bought the execs some nice cars. It sure didn’t go towards updating these Windows Mobile-esque of an app.
I downloaded Smile in the splash page asks for login credentials, but there’s nowhere on the page to create the profile (?)
I can’t get past the first page that says choose provider. Been trying for a week.
Did what they said and it still doesn’t work
There is no way to create an account on Smile. Unbelievable!!!!
How to set up user and password?
Smile is awful. Will not let me go past sign in screen.
Unable get get a working password & Smile support link doesn’t work.
Smile was passable for a year, but for the past month or so Smile does not open in a way that I can see/choose any features.
It can’t remember who I am. I get messages days later. The images are wrong. I feel bad for people who aren’t tech savvy having to use Smile.
Horrible! Frustrating to even attempt to sign in or use! I get notifications and still can’t sign in!
I just now installed Smile and first thing it says is update app before continuing. Go to App Store to update but it doesn’t show up on my update list. Tried re installing, same results.
I just downloaded app on iPad and phone and the initial screen is a login screen.. but no where is there a section to actually set this up. How do I set this up? I’m also not seeing the Dashboard when I open Smile . Please advise
This has become unusable, as it no longer works with Apple FaceID, and does not remember logins.
No where to “update”. 🤬 Smile is working as well as it was, however I never did find where to “update” Smile ; can this be an auto update?

Pls fix this feature. Re-entering my long email Id and remembering the specific password for Smile is unbearable.
FYI- Since the last update last week, I have been unable to see messages. Everything else seems to work, but when I click messages, Smile crashes.
