Dated and frustrating

Logins are not remembered, despite enabling it. Biometrics are not recognized, despite enabling it. Images received in the app are tiny, with no conventional way of interacting with them (pinch, zoom, etc.)
This app seems to be the only game in town. Perhaps the nursing home money they’ve been showered with bought the execs some nice cars. It sure didn’t go towards updating these Windows Mobile-esque of an app.
User name and password

I just downloaded app on iPad and phone and the initial screen is a login screen.. but no where is there a section to actually set this up. How do I set this up? I’m also not seeing the Dashboard when I open the app. Please advise
Unable to use the app

I just now installed the app and first thing it says is update app before continuing. Go to App Store to update but it doesn’t show up on my update list. Tried re installing, same results.
