How to fix Rollo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Rollo app on iPhone
Update Rollo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rollo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Rollo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rollo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Rollo app issues:

Force Stop the Rollo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Rollo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Rollo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rollo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Rollo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Rollo.

Fix Rollo unable to contact server/ Rollo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Rollo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Rollo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Rollo on android.
