My work tried to help us through navigating through this app. In a room with about 30 people, not a single person was even able to login. Each person tried their own login and password that was setup and it was not working for anyone. We all tried the password reset by email route and no one received the email. Today, being the next day, I woke up to the reset email in my mailbox. It took longer than 24 hours to receive the email and it is no longer valid. I am trying to continue on my own to reset my password. My login and password worked previously and I have them written in my notes so I know I’m using the correct ones.

The “incentives” are not really incentives. The steps don’t really matter. You max out at 200 points, and the most you can get from steps is 30. It doesn’t sync with my Fitbit, but it doesn’t really matter. It’s all about logging into the app daily, and doing busy work to get all your points. You can get 200 points in less than 2 months which defeats the point of having a wellness app incentive. More needs to be tied to steps/walking and it needs to sync automatically. Let’s reward the people who are active in life and not just people who are active on the app for a little while. Isn’t that supposed to be the point? Why is it so much extra busy work?

My company broke ties with StayWell for wellness programming.
That means that everyone in the company can now do nothing but trash the heart rate & steps tracker they sent us. The only way for the tracker to get its time, is from the app. And the app developers didn’t put the time function before the login wall.
I understand not having app functionality for reporting and historical tracking, but they could have allowed the watches to continue to function as watches, sync time without login, and at least display your steps on your wrist. Instead they make it useless trash. Not good for our wallets, our health or our environment.
