I am a subscriber and for almost a year still the app does not function like before. No FX no videos , no elements , NO NOTHINGS
Need information on what's going on please. The site has been down and no information to paying subscribers, which i've been one for 4 years now. Not cool and likely to create a serious backlash for your product if details are not shared.
I just paid the annual membership this January and now the site is down. Basically, they stole my money! SCAM!
Is not working, the effects library is empty
Hi, It’s been a while that PLOTAGRAPH is crashing in my new 1Tb iPhone but since today I lost my elements library and I can not even open the “more fx” tab ir when it finally opens its empty, no matter what I type. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times but it doesn’t seem to work either. Could you please help me out. Thanks in advance!
