I have bought a subscription. The FX won’t download at all onto the app page, it’s just black with the loading circle going around and around. I use this app for my business for clients. I have deleted and reloaded the app several times but it still won’t load the Fx. Please help.

I used the app PLOTOGRAPH once months, I been charging with out any message at the end of each months or year, now I realize this I been trying to cancel my subscription and there are NO way to do it, I may have to cancel it from the bank if that is possible, NO happy at all with NFC

No way to cancel

I saw the reply, but none of that helped. Can you please cancel my subscription that I didn’t want? I will keep my promise and change the review to a really good one. I have been in and out of the hospital so it’s hard to mess with this stuff. Please help me! Thank you! I don’t know when this app decided to become a subscription app, but at no point did I agree to a subscription. I didn’t receive anything saying it had changed, so I don’t know why, but supposedly I can go to iTunes to cancel, which is not true since it doesn’t show up on my iPad (where I have the app, but stopped updating it, etc.). This happened with another app, and I really am getting frustrated. I have willingly subscribed to very few apps, which weren’t ridiculously priced, but were useful. They showed up in iTunes, even while they were a free trial, so I could cancel during that period. Some won’t, so you cannot cancel during the free period. I don’t know about this one, since I never knew when it changed. If there’s a phone number I can call, please provide it so I can get it canceled that way. Another app showed up on my credit card with a number, but it isn’t a working number. I hope I can get better assistance from the people behind this app and I’ll definitely change my review to a great rating!

Anyone updating to this “PLOTAVERSE” version of the app will be disappointed.

This last update was a downgrade that adds nothing but bloat and the subscription based model to the app(The developers really shot themselves in the foot with this update). Plotagraph was great before with its clean minimalist design and focus creating art. This update brings the addition of the PLOTAVERSE(another unnecessary social media network you are forced to signup for), the FX store and subscription based pay model. As a customer who already paid $5 for the oringinal app(that I loved) only now to be asked to pay $5 more dollars to remove a watermark that this new update added to all created images is a joke. This app was changed so much from the original(they even changed the name) I’m not sure why PLOTAVERSE didn’t release this mess as separate app. I would like to revert back to the previous version, so developers please instruct me on how to do that.

Show much useless…

First the app, well part of the app, underneath the cloud of junk and sales materials you have to weed through to try to use it, once you finally get to Plotagraph it’s pretty good it what it does. The app might actually be worth the money if you just removed everything else and gave me a plotagraph. I needed to use it or at least something like it for work project. I bought a subscription that doesn’t show up anywhere in the app. And failed to unlock getting rid of the watermark. The only support is it a difficult to find email, I’ve sent three and they don’t seem to understand what the problem is or how to solve it. I even had it done the phone number and called them, of course nobody answers. Decent software from a very very poorly run company. So bad I’m not sure that I can even manage to use the part of the software That is decent.
