I saw the reply, but none of that helped. Can you please cancel my subscription that I didn’t want? I will keep my promise and change the review to a really good one. I have been in and out of the hospital so it’s hard to mess with this stuff. Please help me! Thank you!

I don’t know when PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit decided to become a subscription app, but at no point did I agree to a subscription. I didn’t receive anything saying it had changed, so I don’t know why, but supposedly I can go to iTunes to cancel, which is not true since it doesn’t show up on my iPad (where I have PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit , but stopped updating it, etc.). This happened with another app, and I really am getting frustrated. I have willingly subscribed to very few apps, which weren’t ridiculously priced, but were useful. They showed up in iTunes, even while they were a free trial, so I could cancel during that period. Some won’t, so you cannot cancel during the free period. I don’t know about this one, since I never knew when it changed. If there’s a phone number I can call, please provide it so I can get it canceled that way. Another app showed up on my credit card with a number, but it isn’t a working number. I hope I can get better assistance from the people behind PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit and I’ll definitely change my review to a great rating!

App crashes a lot, also I have a subscription and it appears there’s a lack of tutorials on how to get the best results. The daily contest is cool, but lots of FX are outdated and boring. Also the top artist section gets flooded with more art than you can comment on, there needs to be a limit. People are even posting art that has nothing to do with plotaverse or wasn’t made using app. I don’t like that I can’t delete art from my portfolio. I think there needs to be something that lets us know why contest winners won, was it most votes best work, or use of FX. I want to know why I won, that’s not asking to much, and can help others improve if they lack in a certain area. This thing needs serious upgrade, update, or completely new version.

Purchased this as a simple, easy to use app and paid $4.99. Used it a few times and then didn’t look at it for a while. Recently wanted to use it for a couple photos and find it is a subscription and an absolute garbage filled mess. Somewhere in there I imagine the original application functions still exist but finding then and dealing with the rest of the bloated mess isn’t worth it, plus I’m not seeing ads! Not on a paid app...fix your mess and give me what I paid for or give me a refund.

Still a bloated mess...and no way to get a refund. Someone should start a class action lawsuit for all these paid apps that turn into subscriptions after they are purchased.

This last update was a downgrade that adds nothing but bloat and the subscription based model to PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit (The developers really shot themselves in the foot with this update). Plotagraph was great before with its clean minimalist design and focus creating art. This update brings the addition of the PLOTAVERSE(another unnecessary social media network you are forced to signup for), the FX store and subscription based pay model. As a customer who already paid $5 for the oringinal app(that I loved) only now to be asked to pay $5 more dollars to remove a watermark that this new update added to all created images is a joke. PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit was changed so much from the original(they even changed the name) I’m not sure why PLOTAVERSE didn’t release this mess as separate app. I would like to revert back to the previous version, so developers please instruct me on how to do that.

I bought PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit a long time ago and paid a full price. Yesterday I decided to update it to the latest version on my iPad Pro. All of sudden I have their watermark logo that I'm unable to get rid of. Yes, I used their restore option and received 'your purchases have been successfully restored' but it was not!!! I emailed the developer my request to assist me…still waiting for his reply. I don't want to pay for the feature that I have already own. I don't like how PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit looks now either. Too clanky and confusing. I won't pay subscription fees either. It's the latest trend when developers redesign their apps and customers are stuck with apps that are no longer usable unless they're willing to pay exuberant subscription fees. Very disappointed!!!

First PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit , well part of PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit , underneath the cloud of junk and sales materials you have to weed through to try to use it, once you finally get to Plotagraph it’s pretty good it what it does. PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit might actually be worth the money if you just removed everything else and gave me a plotagraph. I needed to use it or at least something like it for work project. I bought a subscription that doesn’t show up anywhere in PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit . And failed to unlock getting rid of the watermark. The only support is it a difficult to find email, I’ve sent three and they don’t seem to understand what the problem is or how to solve it. I even had it done the phone number and called them, of course nobody answers. Decent software from a very very poorly run company. So bad I’m not sure that I can even manage to use the part of the software That is decent.

I’m sorry to say this because I kept hanging up n there but I’m disappointed in the way it has changed for paying members. Especially for those who have been with you from the beginning and who have promoted you. Christopher is great as are some of the regulars but somewhere along the line things started going south. Gallery images dropped out of sight. New charges for overlays we already had. Now there are so many charges and they still haven’t fixed the problems with accounts that paid but couldn’t access. Every time you turn around there’s some kind of change and usually costlier. No thanks. Sad to go but if this is how you treat members then I’ve got no business here anymore. I would like you to just forward me what’s left of my gallery. Thanks :(((

I consider myself a relatively intelligent human being, however that being said...this is the most confusing app I have ever encountered. It didn’t use to be. It used to be quite easy to use at which point I paid for a subscription for it, and used it regularly. Now I am not sure what the He11 is happening. I just want to turn my own photos into videos again!! There’s all these apps piled into one that I don’t even know which one is mine! I am unable to even access any of my photos other than the panorama ones...I keep hitting restore my purchase which does absolutely nothing, and bottom line...it’s a mess.

Go to a simpler version and unclog this mess will you? Either that or separate the apps again...grouping them all together is a total headache with current design.

But it feels poorly designed and cheaply made. You might want to consider not putting the most important button in the entire app behind the bar at the bottom of the screen so it’s impossible to press. Makes it feel like you haven’t even tested your own app. The entire social part is pointless and I would pay to turn it off. If you can’t create your own good looking visual style, just stick with the built in ui elements. They look fine and you don’t have to spent extra effort “designing” your own. And for the love of god stop changing the orientation of my display. I’m sitting still, the iPad is still and parallel to the ground and no other apps have this issue. It happens when the iPad is perfectly stationary on a stand on a table. If you are going to allow an orientation, make the entire app support those orientations. So many of the issues I have with PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit are iOS programming 101 (and common sense). It is beyond me why anyone would program something this way. It feels like malware. The only reason I find PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit interesting at all is the unique motion you can add to photos that I haven’t seen in any other apps. Maybe create a separate simple app that does that and nothing else.

I really enjoy PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit, it’s very simple, but can add subtle or huge effects to your photos. I got it on sale and would say it’s definitely worth the $5. The downside is PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit doesn’t offer any sort of in-app albums. It’s just a long stream of your projects. I’d very much like to see albums in the future so I can categorize different projects, as I use this for several purposes, from just fun enhancements to photos, animating line drawings, or adding animation to gaming screenshots. Having to cycle through the stream of things to find exactly what I’m looking for can get tedious due to how much I have in there.

I did like the photograph. I did not like the heavy hand on being more or less given no choice on PLOTAVERSE. I am not interested in apps that require a subscription. However just to be clear I would gladly pay a $1 for every upgrade. I,would gladly pay the price over again as what happened when iOS 11 knocked out all those old apps. I am happy to pay for new features that I want, not "thrilling extras" I didn’t want PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit overly complicated with but subscription...no. I think PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit Store can do without. So thanks for giving me back what I pad for. You see I also raised the stars.

Edit: The watermark seems to have been removed for users who purchased PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit before it moved to the in app purchases model. It should have been like this from the start but good on the developers for remedying the issue.

Opinion: Latest October update where the PlotaPhoto EditFX tool loads clippings into the MyFX folder is really awesome.

Suggestion: Would be nice to group clippings by photo project/date to keep the MyFX folder organized. 😉

Missing Old Features:

❓The old Messaging tool - Needed to contact Support re bugs and stay in touch with other artists.

❓The old Gallery Sort tool - Useful for seeing all new submissions - and/or submissions by users I follow.

The PlotaPhoto explanation page also hinted at a “future” PlotaPhoto tool feature:

❓Will PlotaPhoto tool someday have a “TCP” filter menu for recommended lighting and FX settings?

Suggestion: Would be nice to have a MyFilters folder arrive with the new PlotaPhoto tool. 😉

🙏Problem: Also - the October update accidentally corrupted the PlotaFX Search Index on my iPad.

Suggestion: Provide a Search Index maintenance button to fix the index.

Suggestion: Need more support for Artist collaboration as NFT support becomes more real. Need to track Artist collaboration agreements by blockchain ID.

So I have been watching videos, animated photos etc for a few years. Decided I know enough about digital art to feel comfortable branching out. Signed up for a free trial and fumbled my way through figuring out what each tool is then how to use it. Not great but I am honestly used to it. Made a challenge entry and when I try to enter it says I need to give artist credit. I would absolutely love to do so if I knew who the artist was. See no way to find that info.
Thankfully a plotaverse ambassador helped me out.. huge thanks Ellen. ☺️ Turns out i just had to scroll up to get to where the description, tags etc go. So I have given 4 stars. I will gladly change it to 5 when I see how easy it can become for new artists to have a simple how to and what’s what.

I love PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit and am completely supportive. Happy to pay for something that’s so well done. I had a question and couldn’t find an email link to ask (don’t use Facebook). Could this be adapted to work with Live Photo’s in the future? I don’t know the technical side of it so maybe that’s impossible. But it has me thinking it would be cool to take say a Live Photo with moving clouds in the background and grass waving and mask just the subject while leaving the rest with it’s real animation. Possible?

This was my favorite app that I had and with this upgrade, you guys completely destroyed it, switching to to PLOTAVERSE? Worst mistake ever. It was clean minimalistic PERFECT FOR A
IOS. You should have left it as is and launched plotaverse separately... Also, you’re trying to compete with Instagram for a “social media platform” you’re going to fail, it’s smarter to keep a simplistic beautiful app like you HAD in the previous version. Please listen to the customers, it’s been nothing but NEGATIVE reviews since the launch. This is equivalent to Snapchats new upgrade, you’re shooting yourself in the foot and driving customers AWAY!

Can’t say enough about this all-inclusive app for motion art, video and photo editing! I’ve been using the Plotagraph App for over two years and am happy to say that of all of my creative art apps, this is the one I return to again and again. The value is amazing for everything that’s included, and the creative possibilities are endless. I also appreciate how the developer continues to add additional features and really seems to care about his product. Another plus is the great community of online art friends I’ve made by using PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit. I give “Plotagraph” 5+ stars. 👍🏻

As the title reads…the Plotagraph App Suite is fantastic. I’ve been a member for several years now, using PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit suite every day to make super motion edits. And now PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit has been redone and is even better! There is so much that one can do with the Plotagraph app suite that can’t even be duplicated by using ANY other apps. I’m ecstatic with the latest update and am looking forward to even more creative tools in future updates.

Got this yesterday (Thanx to Apple for featuring this gem!) and I’ve been playing with it like crazy! It’s so easy to use and very fast. It does exactly what it says it does and the results are beautiful.

The masking can be tricky, particularly if you’re only using your finger, but a stylus or Apple Pencil make things a lot easier. Another tip? Turn off rotation on your device so you can flip it round as needed. The magnifier works well but needs improvement. Currently the magnified view follows your touch so the view often blocks the area you’re trying to work on. It would be better / faster if the magnifier was centered over your view and all the editing happened within the circle. That said, the pinch-zoom is actually better anyway so it’s not a big problem. Just turn the magnification option off entirely. 😜

I love, love, LOVE PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit and fear I’ll use it to death, driving all m’friends crazy. LOL!

My only question is if PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit supports iCloud. I installed Plotagraph+ on my iPhone and iPad and projects don’t sync between them. I’m worried that I’ll lose my projects when my iPhone X comes in. 🤔

I highly recommend PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit, especially if you’re looking to make a still picture move. I’m so glad PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit was created. I never would’ve thought I could actually do this without years of schooling, which is good for me anyway. You can use PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit for personal use or business. I’m so thankful PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit was created. It’s opened up a whole new world for me and it will do the same for you. Just try and you’ll see!

Every time after I’ve added 5 or so elements, app gets stuck! Have to exit the entire app, open it up again and (fortunately) my collage is still there. This has not yet been fixed.
Previous review: It’s my new addiction! Subscribed for one year at the discount price. Now that I have access to all the great overlays, there’s no limit to the amazing and beautiful videos & gifs I can create! It’s a combination (auto) morph plus gif-overlay, and the best thing is it’s in landscape mode for iPad use! Not happy about the subscription change, but it’s worth it (for first year anyway).

This is a truly innovative and generally awesome App. I applaud the developers who created it. It is you I am posing these questions:

1. Is the data you’re collecting from your customers being collected, stored, sold for profit, and EXACTLY HOW IS IT in the customers best interest to require full access to OUR ENTIRE CAMERA ROLE, ALL photos, albums, videos, selfies, screen shots, Live Photo’s, etc., if it’s OUR BEST INTEREST to have FULL CONTROL over what we CHOOSE to share, upload, and provide PLOTAVERSE access to, if so, why?

2. Do you currently require customers who paid for the upgraded version to create an account (requiring email) with PLOTAVERSE, and requires account Users to AGREE TO TERMS OF SERVICES in order to gain full access to PLOTAVERSECreativeAppsKit , if so, why?

3. Have any “Updates” to your App impeded the ease of existing customers to save a creation to your app, share via ANY SM sites, or restrict previous customer privileges and/or account..if so, why?
