How to fix Daisie app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Daisie app on iPhone
Update Daisie app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Daisie iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Daisie on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Daisie network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Daisie Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Daisie not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Daisie App
1. On android, goto Settings » Daisie » click [Force Stop]

Update Daisie to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Daisie App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Daisie » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Daisie.

Fix Daisie unable to contact server/ Daisie internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Daisie » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Daisie » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
