Lake Trust Business Banking Reviews

Since I started my business in June 2022, the mobile deposit feature on LakeTrustBusinessBanking kicks me out every time I’m finished taking the photos, sometimes while I’m taking photos. On average, I have go through the whole process at least 4-5 times before it will actually complete the deposit. That’s if it works at all. It is so frustrating and disappointing. It is not easy for me to get to the nearest physical location to make deposits. I tried to go to LakeTrustBusinessBanking support to make a request to fix the bugs there, but the link takes me to a page that says page not available, or something along those lines. So I cannot even report the problem to the correct people to fix the problems… 😡 I am considering moving to a different credit union.

I have to register my device every time I open it, thus resulting in waiting for a “one time passcode”. I’ve deleted it and downloaded it several times and I just got a brand new phone last week. It still has to register my device every time. The regular Laketrust app is fine….it’s just the business app that is not working.

Functionality of check depositing is weak. Can be frustrating and seems like something that should be repairable.

LakeTrustBusinessBanking used to work but currently while trying to open it the last week it just stays at the loading screen after I try to sign in. Then says failed to connect to server. I have a iPhone 7. Not sure what’s up but I really would like this to work so I can more easily access my account via app instead of using the mobile website. I am able to login on the website on my phone but not LakeTrustBusinessBanking .

You will always have to re confirm the same device you have logged in with for the past 2 years. Not great at all

Decent for very basic functions but look and feel and functionality lags behind other major banking apps. Limited functionality and coding issues make certain aspects impossible, ie loading actual pdf statements

MSUFCU has no business savings limit and can see pending deposits

Moved to lake trust as I was tired of other banks and their policies.

I’m still learning LakeTrustBusinessBanking so it’s not getting five stars but so far it’s been good and stable

A few glitches.
Like Face ID does not work the first time and I have to go back for verification oage and then it works.

The Lake Trust Business app is convenient for me and my business. The only issues I’ve had are
1. Needing a security code to sign in every day ( which is really a minor setback - time wise)
2. I had issues with LakeTrustBusinessBanking crashing repeatedly when I was trying to deposit checks recently but this seems to be resolved.
Otherwise, I’m sticking with it and fingers crossed- all stays well!

Easy to use, straight forward, user friendly. I love the quality of the mobile app. Couldn’t ask for better!!

App makes my iPhone camera opposite oriented. Very confusing.

I have been with Lake Trust for several years, I really like banking here. Service outstanding.

Easy to use for checking balance and making deposits.

LakeTrustBusinessBanking works great. It does what it is supposed to do. The only improvement that I suggest is adding the pull down quick view like they have on the regular lake trust banking app. So that we can see our balance quickly without having to log in every time.

Wonderful experience banking with Lake Trust. App is easy to work with. I wish remote deposits were smoother.

Notifications would be nice but app is great no issues
