How to fix YCC365 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the YCC365 app on iPhone
Update YCC365 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall YCC365 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix YCC365 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve YCC365 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

YCC365 Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix YCC365 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the YCC365 App
1. On android, goto Settings » YCC365 » click [Force Stop]

Update YCC365 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear YCC365 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » YCC365 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart YCC365.

Fix YCC365 unable to contact server/ YCC365 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click YCC365 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto YCC365 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch YCC365
