Hello. For some time now, my cameras have not been working through Windows. A black screen appears with a spinning icon in the middle. It doesn't go any further than that. It was working normally until about two months ago. What could be the cause? Thank you David
I was having problems with white logo screen on I phone and fixed by uninstalling app and reinstall. New app is updated and works.
