Not sure why, but I'm unable to log in. I just created an account and it keeps giving me an error. The password is correct and the account exists but access continues to be denied. Makes it hard to justify shopping when I can't save options.

I am starting to believe that this is a scam …I have attempted to make 2 major purchases with this company with all of them ending miserably..the first purchase was 2000 for a birthday gift for myself I didn’t receive an confirmation email and then after about 2 days of checking FASHIONPHILE I realized that they cancelled my order without any form of notification . Then the second time I tried to purchase an item valued over 5000 and they did the same thing with this purchase but instead this time they attempted to keep my money so I had to call to dispute the charge it with my banker. Be careful guys

I've been trying to upload photos for a quote for two hours and FASHIONPHILE keeps timing out and crashing. I didn't have this issue prior to the latest update. FASHIONPHILE has been extremely buggy/glitchy lately and there's nowhere to report it.

How is it possible that FASHIONPHILE doesn’t work for the entire time I’ve had it downloaded? Every feature is bugged. I can’t delete from my cart, can’t delete from my wishlist, can’t click anything once that starts happening. It’s completely useless. I keep having to close it and reopen and it still doesn’t work well. Unusable. Whatever you guys are spending on FASHIONPHILE is a total waste because it doesn’t work

I’ve made a few purchases from this app and have been impressed with the products, condition and service. I have limited my shopping as of late as FASHIONPHILE has been glitchy for years despite keeping all of my software up to date- it will close randomly, log you out mid-session despite not leaving FASHIONPHILE (and losing your place among a search of 1000s of items) and worst of all it regularly (9.5 out of 10 items) won’t show pictures of the items, or will only display one or two of the 10+ posted on the listing. Not sure what the point of having an app is if you still have to research on the website which can also have the picture and logout issues.

I wish I could say it’s user error, but having the most up to date Apple devices and software don’t help. Please fix these issues - it has caused me to look and buy from elsewhere due to these issues and I know I’m not the only one.

I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve been kicked out, logged out, of FASHIONPHILE which was never an issue in the old version. It’s very frustrating and not stable.

I loved FASHIONPHILE , but after the most recent update I noticed that after you select the magnifying search option, it takes forever to load. I had to force close FASHIONPHILE , and even delete and reinstall FASHIONPHILE . It’s annoying.

As someone who is constantly on the lookout buying designer items, this app makes it so easy to find a wide array of products! In addition, I’ve been able to take advantage of their selling opportunities to swap some items in my closet with new ones!

Such a great app to help me hunt for the best deals! Easy to look through new items & the option to filter through price, condition, brands, etc. is so helpful! I keep going back to my “following” to keep track of my wishlist items :)

I can tell FASHIONPHILE is going to be my new obsession for a long time. I like to shop a lot (so I need to sell a lot too). FASHIONPHILE lets me submit photos for quotes in hardly any time at all. I can’t believe how many beautiful things they have, it’s so fun to shop and see what new things pop up every day. I have found heaven!

this app recently updated their app and made some major improvements. It’s super easy to browse and everything loads quickly, no lag. My opinion, this app has the best inventory of luxury bags, esp Hermes.

The new this app app is fantastic! It’s super easy to use, and finding what I want is quick and simple. The pictures are clear, and the whole shopping process is smooth. What I really love is the chat feature where I can talk to customer service and get advice from personal shoppers. It’s a great touch and super helpful. Everything feels faster and just works better than before. Kudos to this app for this amazing update!
