Not only is this bank a PITA to deal with, the upgrade to FirstCitizensStateBank has me thinking it's time to close the account and keep everything at First National.

Good when it works

FirstCitizensStateBank is good when it saves your username. But it randomly deletes the “save login” info and you end up having to call the bank for help and it gets annoying when you need to transfer money to pay bills and you’re locked out of your account.

If they can figure that part out on FirstCitizensStateBank on top of having to update your password a lot and FirstCitizensStateBank . Easiest 5 star review.
