when i sign up for this this app, i went through the apps and sign up for a monthly subscription to call India. They advertised Unlimited calls to India with the best calling plans, i thought all calls to India should be unlimited but NO, they cut off after i used 4000 minutes (as stated by the customer service dept), I was told that it was in the term and condition and yes i double check it, and it does says that. Also the funny part was that, the customer service keep telling me that it was suppose to be domestic call. BUT HELLO...India is not in USA, and that is the reason i sign up for this app. And my biggest question is if the minutes was to be cut off after 4000 minutes then why do they advertised as Unlimited calls to India with the best calling plans.
-It show no internet connection even with full WiFi signals
-Phone call disconnect several time
-Poor voice quality
-Customer service don’t help, simply says there is no issue with app
-I will never recommend this service
Worst app , i have to alway call 3 times to connect the call
I have switched off the auto recharge. But still they charged me. I raised query and simply closed the query without any email or callback. Shamefully asking for feedback for the query.
It should allow to call from local number.
Sometime data speed is not good and we dont get nice voice quality.
Right now to call i have to dial access number then need to dial destination number.
Its painful.
I was using other service like REBTEL. it has feature to use wifi , data or local minute.
If call from local minute feature can be added in app then its great.

Sometimes the calls don’t connect via voip at all. Sometimes voice doesn’t go through. Not very good quality calls overall.
Horrible call quality (period). The day I find an alternative (or may not there are many and I am just being lazy) I am going to through away CallIndia.
To Call India Team: An unhappy customers tells at least 100 people to not use your app.
Quality of sound unclear
Had a good experience in the beginning but last month or so it has been really bad. CallIndia gives different messages when I try to call (internet down, account not valid etc). Have to look for a different app, dont have patience to keep rebooting. Using the updated version.
India calling is a horrible experience. My internet connection is extremely good still I keep losing connection. Whwn you dial a number it rings in and off. If you get connected somehow, connection does not suatain. I keep losing the voice. Worst experience while making calls to India!!!
Have been using for under a year though on and off app would not work reboot always fixes it, but since yesterday I am not able make calls and keep getting message about internet being down, but everything else on the phone works.
I noticed the website is also down … Does this mean company has closed down ?
From the day one I am having issues with this application. Your calls does not connect easily, you have to restart CallIndia repeatedly and call repeatedly then you MIGHT get Call connected.
Some times it doesn’t ring and though you have full network or 100gb speed wifi- still show no internet connection.
Middle of the call you can hear many disturbances as if your speaker got damage. Poor service and no good network.
I am not able to hear clearly and breaking the voice
Only future missing is that from app it should direct call to cellular minutes.. so no need access number to dial and no need to use internet .. just like Vonage/Rebtel does..
