Bogus advertisement about unlimited calls to india

when i sign up for this callIndia, i went through the apps and sign up for a monthly subscription to call India. They advertised Unlimited calls to India with the best calling plans, i thought all calls to India should be unlimited but NO, they cut off after i used 4000 minutes (as stated by the customer service dept), I was told that it was in the term and condition and yes i double check it, and it does says that. Also the funny part was that, the customer service keep telling me that it was suppose to be domestic call. BUT HELLO...India is not in USA, and that is the reason i sign up for callIndia. And my biggest question is if the minutes was to be cut off after 4000 minutes then why do they advertised as Unlimited calls to India with the best calling plans.

From the day one I am having issues with this application. Your calls does not connect easily, you have to restart the app repeatedly and call repeatedly then you MIGHT get Call connected.
Some times it doesn’t ring and though you have full network or 100gb speed wifi- still show no internet connection.
Middle of the call you can hear many disturbances as if your speaker got damage. Poor service and no good network.

Have been using for under a year though on and off app would not work reboot always fixes it, but since yesterday I am not able make calls and keep getting message about internet being down, but everything else on the phone works.
I noticed the website is also down … Does this mean company has closed down ?
