I have been regular on FNP to order gift and cake, past two delivery they have deliver the cake of such bad condition and taste that it was not at all presentable and consumable. No one had the cake.
On top of that, you have worst customer care service, who does not even have access to basic troubleshooting for the customer. I have to call several time to file the complaint, initially the call was not getting connected, when it does they told me some one will get back. I had to call 5 times, only to get the comment that they can’t do anything as the complain was file late as per the policy they can’t do anything. They are also calculating the time as per their conveniences, they are saying 48 hrs from the earliest time registered for the cake delivery and not the exact time when the cake was delivered.
F n P, you have large customer base, if you do not address the customer grievance in professional way, you are going to loose customer and certainly you are loosing one now.
With all this experience, i am also not sure if this review will show up here. I hope for best !!!!
