I ordered something which was never delivered and also they did not return the money. There is no contact number on which i can call and explain the situation. Also the query i raise, they automatically closing it without asking my response.

I ordered cake for mom’s birthday. There is no update on app. I try to call from my number and there is no input from entered is taken by the call service. Also i tried the chat.. that chatbot have same set of questions and they just say order is confirmed. I am trying to ask something else there is no possibility to reach customer support in this moment. How i am ill make sure my order is delivered????

I am not happy..

Giving one star because that’s the minimum.

I placed an order via app and the bouquet never reached my mom on her special day.
I was told that the address is valid which I checked and turned out to be not so. No efforts were made to reach me via phone.

No refund made and 2000 rupees gone into drain.
If you want to save your hard earned money stay away from this fraudulent company.

App shows wrong delivery info. No option to change an order. Not helpful.

Your SERVICE IS BAD AND YOUR PRODUCT IS EVEN WORST .

I had ordered a rakhi combo gift for my brother. They missed to send a chocolate with the combo. Even the worst part was they didn’t care to provide a fast resolution for my concern. They charge so much for the gifts and customers are paying with the trust. But they don’t deliver what they show. This is 2nd time happening to me. I am unhappy with their services.

The app crashes way too much. The screen transitions are way too basic for such an established company. Pls improve user experience.

Hi. As I was ordering in your app - filling details I got call from your call Center offering help. The person was unclear in communication and this would have meant - if I had taken her help- my OVERSPENDING for my purchase. This MUST be a no go for any online trader where a call Center support person knowingly or unknowingly is out to make customer pay more for the same product. ( more compared to online purchase)
That’s why you lost couple of stars!

Why do you charge convenience fee and delivery charge? Thats like double charging!

I really appreciate the good work and the quality of items delivered to my loved once sitting thousands miles away from my family. diese App truely is the greatest part of our happiness and making our presence among the celebration. Thank you very much.
