I am the attendance officer at my school. One of my colleagues has an android phone and the one-time password is cut off so she can only see the bottom half of the numbers and can't figure out how to get the whole password to show up. She can't get it and keeps having to send me the kids who I need to mark absent.

how do I unlock account if I forgot pin?

the rapididindentiy login does not prompt when i hit control alt delete right away. It takes 5 to 30 minutes or multiple reboots to get it to allow my badge scan. Also, it will timeout my login which is not as i have set for sleep mode.
