I am the attendance officer at my school. One of my colleagues has an android phone and the one-time password is cut off so she can only see the bottom half of the numbers and can't figure out how to get the whole password to show up. She can't get it and keeps having to send me the kids who I need to mark absent.

how do I unlock account if I forgot pin?

the rapididindentiy login does not prompt when i hit control alt delete right away. It takes 5 to 30 minutes or multiple reboots to get it to allow my badge scan. Also, it will timeout my login which is not as i have set for sleep mode.

How to fix RapidIdentity app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RapidIdentity app on iPhone
Update RapidIdentity app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RapidIdentity iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RapidIdentity on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RapidIdentity network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

RapidIdentity Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RapidIdentity not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the RapidIdentity App
1. On android, goto Settings » RapidIdentity » click [Force Stop]

Update RapidIdentity to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RapidIdentity App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RapidIdentity » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RapidIdentity.

Fix RapidIdentity unable to contact server/ RapidIdentity internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RapidIdentity » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RapidIdentity » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RapidIdentity
