Good Morning, I am unable to access my NC Cloud Rapid Identity account. I am currently the Test Coordinator and Literacy Coach at Global Scholars Academy. I am not able to see the K-8 Students. I have asked the relevant person at the school and the problem was not rectified.
Worst Customer support I have ever dealt with. I am in need of resetting my password and have not heard from anyone i have reached out to.

My school made this mandatory for no reason, forcing me to constantly use random one time passwords for absolutely no reason, on top of asking for all of my account information, this is an unnecessary level of security that only idiots would require, and an inconvenience at best.

OK guys so lately we've been having like power outages and stuff and it's kind a hard for us to get on network so I download this app so I can get into my school but it did not work it's so difficult to get in I suggest you do not get this app it's a huge waste of time.

I have to use this for my college classes this semester. It’s extremely difficult to set up, and I can’t go on to my phone to check something quickly when I’m on the go.
I’m very unhappy that my school decided we NEEDED to use this app!
