I would like to reset my account but when I try the "reset account" button is grayed out and I can't. I started using this app yesterday and I was testing it. Today I want to start a character from the beginning but the reset option does not allow me.

How to fix Habitica app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Habitica app on iPhone
Update Habitica app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Habitica iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Habitica on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Habitica network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Habitica Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Habitica not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Habitica App
1. On android, goto Settings » Habitica » click [Force Stop]

Update Habitica to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Habitica App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Habitica » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Habitica.

Fix Habitica unable to contact server/ Habitica internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Habitica » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Habitica » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Habitica
