Call screener app not working, says to restart the phone to fix the issue. Restarting the phone does not fix the issue.

To resolve Sprint Call Screener network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Sprint Call Screener App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sprint Call Screener » click [Force Stop]

Clear Sprint Call Screener App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sprint Call Screener » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sprint Call Screener.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sprint Call Screener » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sprint Call Screener » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sprint Call Screener
