Customer service chat tool is useless. Can’t transfer from external account without encountering errors. To set up an auto payment you need to fill out a form and email it. This app is dated by 20 years.
To be fair, their website matches these issues. Customers should be concerned about their account security given there are no observable updates.

I have about 6 bank apps and this is by far the least user friendly one I’ve used. Very simplistic but still hard no navigate. I just updated so I hope they have some new choices.

The bank is fine the app is probably one of the worst I’ve used. They should find whoever developed usaa’s app and pay them to design this one as well!!!
